My father was in the same nursing home and passed away 2 yrs ago.
I recalled Art being the first resident to greet us on our first day there.
He helped to make things easier for us during that difficult time. I continued to visit Art monthly after my fathers’s passing. I enjoyed all his wonderful stories about his growing up in PA and service in the military.He told me all about his wonderful family and how proud he was of them. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Artie's Father. My wife and I sat and talked with him about 2 years ago at one of the Polka weekends at the Holiday Inn. He told me he was a fan of Dennis Politski and Mystro's Men who were also performing that afternoon. We had a nice conversation and he was always very cordial to me which was much appreciated. May it help you to know that I will keep him and your family in my thoughts and prayers at this sad...
