Not sure what to say?

Kit, Kent, Kerri, Chris, and TJ:
Jim and I were so sorry not to be there at the funeral. We will so miss Art and are grateful for all the fun times we shared through more than 30 plus years. He had so many accomplishments, particularly with Horizons and the world is definitely better because Art has been here.
Jim and Ginny Larkin

Art was many things to many people, but to me he was the consummate gentleman. I knew Art as a golfer and platform tennis player at Stonington Country Club and his athletic skill hinted at the pitching prowess I heard and read about from others- never from Art. He was kind, considerate, generous. interested in you and amazingly courageous. He was a gentle man and I was blessed to know him.

Dearest Kit, and family,
We are so sorry to miss the calling hours today and the funeral tomorrow of our dear friend Art. We will attend Mass tomorrow here in San Diego and pray for Art and thank God we had the pleasure of knowing him. We will miss him dearly. We know Father Kevin will give him a good send off. Kit, our hearts are with you. Love, Bob and Judy

I watched Artie pitch often. He gave us all so many good moments. But it sounds as if he did so much good in the years thereafter. My condolences.

My sympathy to all. We have fond memories of our days at Matunuck with Art and boys hitting that whiffle ball over the roofs.
So sorry for your loss.
Sincerely

My prayers are with your family. I'll never forget the fun times we all had on Bess Rd. while you lived there. Such fun and lasting memories of families enjoying each others company. Art made it so much fun with the baseball games in the back yard. God be with you all.
