Not sure what to say?

I still remember Arthur like it was yesterday. Although he was older than me, we grew up together in the 70's hanging out at the Marshall's home (Johnny and Michael) on 14th street. I remember helping him work on his hot rod 396 V8 Chevy Vega. Very cutting edge for that time. Also, later he bought one of the first newer cool Chevy Camaros. We also practiced martial arts together. He was a really tough opponent. But mostly a great friend and mentor to me too. Will always miss him

Arthur was a great friend. Funny. Generous. One of a kind. Always loved his "bottle of coke". I remember one day, he pulled up unexpectedly at my house and spent all day (and most of that night) helping us move! That's the kind of guy Art was. I think I will miss his BIG GRIN the most. God bless all of you.

Jennifer,
I just heard about Art. I am so sorry to hear of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your girls and all of your family. Girls group has kind of disbanded too. Everybody is too busy...love you and will call you soon.

Dear Ms. Robertson & Michele,

It seems as though it was just yesterday your family resided across the street from us on McAllister Avenue. Seemingly so, those were happier times in our lives. With the passing of time, we must learn to accept the bitter with the sweet.

Although we are never quite prepared, death often times will slip upon us; momentarily robbing us of our peace and our joy. Nonetheless, we must recognize that GOD is forever in the plan, as He is no...

Our prayers go out to all of his family. Just remember God will be with you all through this hardship. OUr symathy is with you all. Love Marsha Washington & Family..

Arthur , a husband,a father and my friend will be forever missed. But I know he will still always be there for us with his big silly smile.

Mrs. Robertson, Pam and Jenny,

Art was a wonderful person, and may the peace which comes from the memories provide comfort for you and the days ahead. Now you have two angels looking over the family.
