Arthur G. "Russ" Russell, 70, of Kingsland, died January 17, 2004 in the Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. He was born April 19, 1933 in Cleveland County the son of Lindsay Russell and Nannie Bussey Russell. He was a retired welder for Central Moloney in Pine Bluff where he worked for 32 years. He was preceded in death by his father, and one daughter, Alta Russell. He is survived by his mother, Nannie Russell of Kingsland, his wife, Jane Russell of Kingsland; one daughter, Linda Russell Jennings and her husband Mike of Little Rock; two sons, Thomas H. Royse and his wife Patricia of Paducah, KY, Charles Edward Royse and his wife Elizabeth of Pine Bluff; two brothers, Dr. Garth Samuel Russell and his wife Jane of West Palm Beach, FL and Gary D. Russell of AZ; one sister, Mary Russell Vowell and her husband, Rex of Pensacola, FL; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.

My Uncle was Bea Russell, husband of Rachel Best who was my fathers sister. My father Was Thomas Luther Best. I'm very sorry to have read about Arthur in the obits of the Cleveland County Herald. Please except my condolencences.
