I was Art and Becky Samberg's physician for about 10 to 15 years until I retired in the year 2000. Art would come for his appointments toward the end of the work day and long after the financial markets had closed. He always had interesting commentary on what was going on in the world and what was moving the world's money. I particularly remember one day when he seemed very concerned as he walked from the waiting room to an examining room. I asked him what was on his mind. He said, "I don't...

I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I have not seen Art in a number of years he was a good friend, a wonderful husband and father.
May he rest in peace.

I loved Art Samberg and though I have lived abroad for the last two +years, I will always remember and cherish our friendship. There just is not a better friend, investor, advisor and mentor ever. I will forever be grateful for him and send to his family my love and my prayers for your comfort in this time of loss. "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you." (Numbers 6:24-25)

No one can prepare you for a loss; it comes like a swift wind. However, take comfort in knowing God is with you and your family lean on him in your time of need. Please accept my most heartfelt condolences.
