It was quite saddening to hear about Art's passing and please accept my condolances.

It was so great to see him in Hartford a couple of years ago. Although the years change us all, it seemed that Art was still the same as when I used to see him sitting up in the Desk Sargents Chair in the guard house in Wiesbaden.

It saddens me very much to lose another military buddy. We all enjoyed serving with each other in Wiesbaden, Germany. My condolences to his family.

On behalf of the Mead family I would like to convey our deepest sympathy. You are all a huge part of my childhood memories. And even though I am saddened by the news of your loss, it puts a smile on my face to know he went peacefully, while doing something he enjoyed immensely.
