Arthur F. Spaulding

My father recently passed and I just notice a friend from high schools father passed last year. Eric, Shauna, and of course Patricia my other highschool mom. Im so sorry for your loss. I'm so sorry to hear of Art's passing. He always had time for me whenever I stuck my head into his office to say hi or ask for help. But what I truly liked about Art was his honesty and sense of humor and great stories. He always gave his time freely. I so admired him. May the Good Lord fill you with His peace and love during your time of sorrow. And may He bring to mind all kinds of wonderful memories of Art to comfort you with.

Worked with Art for 30 years at P.J Lodola and Sons. Was a great guy and estimator. I have so many fond memories of all the projects we tackled through the years. Art would take the time to help this young journeyman navigate many tricky jobs staying late to make sure I was confident as to how he bid the project. He was old school and a class act. I'm glad to have known him.

I believe the Spaulding's lived across the street from us in the late 50s on Notre Dame Street, in Springfield. Donna, Judy, Bill and Gary Wade. 7 Notre Dame Street. Have great memories even at the ripe old age of 7. They were great neighbors. William Bill Wade.

I live in Phoenix, Az., & keep in touch, with hapenings in the Springfield-area. In the early 60's, I attended WNEC-college.... & had a class in Mechanical Drawing with a Prof. Apfelbaum. A tall, super-thin fellow-student, was up a row, & 2-spaces over from me--- & his name was: Art Spaulding..... possibly the same Art Spaulding-- in this Obit !

Never saw him since---- & I see, where he had a great post-WNEC-days..... so sorry to hear of his passing.
