Russ and Steve I just find out about Art's passing. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. He was a fine doctor and a good man. He operated on my father many years ago and I have always been grateful for his skill and care. Your father had what we Chinese called a "good death", passing away peacefully after a long and fulfilling life, and in the company of family and love ones. I hope you can take some solace from that. Dearest Meredith and family, Although I haven't seen any of you in a while, my sister and I have the fondest memories of you both over many decades and are grateful for all the support you gave to us when our own parents died.
