Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to hear of Arthur's passing last month. He was a very special friend of John's and I will miss him as well.

Growing up in Rockland, we classmates all knew Arthur would distinguish himself in politics. It's wonderful to know of his service to Maine families; a legacy living on in his family. Our sympathies.

Arthur was a truly kind and compassionate man. He was a great leader for all of us through many years of working on my Uncle Joseph's campaigns. Arthur and his family are truly part of our family. We are very sorry for this loss but grateful that Arthur has been such a wonderful part of our lives.

To the Stilphen Family,

I worked with Arthur in Public Safety and then again wheh he worked in Farmington for the DAs office. He was a kind and very humorus individual. My condolences.

Sorry to hear about . We didn't know him that well but when ever we went into the store he always had a smile for us . Always remember the good times you all shared and it'll help with the pain .
With Deepest Sympathy

My deepest sympathy to all the family in their loss of a very kind and compassionate person and one I enjoyed working for and with during his years in Maine State government.

To the family:

My deepest thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Arthur was not only a person of honor but a gentle soul who seemed to have dedicated his life both to those less fortunate and to his family. I have no doubt that his memory will live on in his wonderful daughter, Vicki, as well as his granddaughters , whom I have known as exemplifying his values May peace be with you.

To the family of Arthur Stilphen,
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Arthur was a wonderful man and I loved listening to the countless stories he told all those nights at NBGS. It was such a pleasure to have known him. Arthur's generosity and kind heart have left a lasting impression in my life. Praying for you all,

Dear Stilphen family
I extend my heartfelt sympathy and prayers to all of you. I'm a friend of Vicki's and we visited the night before he died. I knew Arthur as an attorney and always found him to be such a gentleman. In knowing Vicki I have come to know what a wonderful father and grandfather he was as well. You are all in my prayers.
