SKOWHEGAN -- Arthur J. Thibault, 81, passed away peacefully in Largo, Fla., on May 10, 2011, after a brief illness. He was born on Jan. 31, 1930, in Skowhegan, the only living son of Albert and Margaret (Chevarie) Thibault.
