Besides being in the University Community Orchestra with Art and seeing him sing later or attend concerts at SJotL, Art used to loan me his pre Louis&CLark carbon fiber cello when friends traveled to see me and wanted to play chamber music. We'll miss him but should celebrate his rich life.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Art was a class act. Perfect gentleman. Brilliant teacher. He actually explained to me how it is possible to look back into time using telescopes within the span of sharing a meal! Art introduced me to opera. I loved hearing Art sing! I will miss him. My blessings on the family.
