My Partner,Ralph Anderson, and I had the distinct privilege of working with Arthur to design the Whiteley Scholar Research Center at the FHL UW Campus at Friday Harbor. Working with Arthur was a very special honor. We developed a very special relationship working with Arthur which transitioned into a lifetime friendship. Arthur had a passion for golf.
