Arthur Joel Widman

I met Arthur when I worked as a furniture buyer for Metropolitan Life Ins Co, Madison Ave NY His firm Desk Inc was one of our trusted business associates. I always knew when Arthur was in the reception area, I could smell his delicious vanilla tobacco he smoked in his pipe. He dressed so well, Seer Sucker suits, white buck shoes. He was kind and I thought about him often after I left to have my baby. Rest In Peace Mr Widman

I was so very sorry to hear about Mr. Widman's passing, although I rejoice that he is with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ! He was such a huge part of my teen years. What a wonderful example he was to all of us kids, who he patiently guided through so many adventures! I am forever grateful for the Widman's dedication to the BYF group at Nanuet Baptist Church. My condolences to Mrs. Widman and the family! June
