Arthur was born on July 19, 1930 and passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017. Arthur was a resident of Villa Hills, Kentucky at the time of his passing. Was a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point Class of 1954. Served in the U.S. Air Force as a B-47 pilot-navigator until 1959. He was married to Daphne.
