Wiley family, so sorry to read of Arthur's passing. I first met Art when we worked together at the Department of Transportation. I always enjoyed hearing about all of the travel adventures he enjoyed with his family and friends. I know he will be deeply missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Numerous fond memories I have of Art while working together at the Transportation Dept. He spoke quite often of his family and always with love. I just learned of his passing this morning, therefore I could not attend, however my prayers and thoughts go out to the family,

To the Wiley family, Thank you so much for sharing Arthur with us. We had so many giggles with him. Of course, I loved that he was a Spartan:) We will really miss him.
