Arthur J. Zenner III, 60, peacefully passed away on January 26, 2021 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Mary L. Zenner (née LeBaron); children, John Zenner and Sara (Ricardo) Velez; one grandchild, Ignacio Velez; six siblings, Paul (Sharon) Zenner, Maureen (Don) Mischke, Allen (Audrey) Zenner, Janelle (Guy) Barcelona, Guy (Barbara) Zenner, and Mary Jo (Frank) Fry; and many nieces and nephews.

Arthur graduated from Brother Rice High School in Chicago, IL. He earned his bachelor's degree at Western Illinois University and received his MBA from Northern Illinois University.

He was a caring person who volunteered his time to Meals on Wheels. He was an avid runner who also enjoyed biking. His family remembers Arthur's love of traveling, watching the Blackhawks, and playing poker.

Visitation and Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, January 30 at Church of St. Patrick, 15000 Wadsworth Rd, Wadsworth, IL. Visitation is from 10AM to 11AM. Mass begins at 11AM. COVID-19 Guidelines will be followed. Call 847-244-1155 to register for Mass by 5PM on Friday, January 30. Interment will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities- Meals on Wheels Program, Attn. Kristen Flanagan, 671 South Lewis Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085.

My condolences to Art's family during this difficult time. I was part of a group at Caterpillar in Peoria that brought in Art as a consultant a few times leading up to his retirement. He was not only an excellent consultant, but became a good friend over the 15 years that I have had the pleasure of knowing him.
