Arturo Beltran, My Tio, you will be surely missed. His jokes will forever stay in my mind...and we all know he had plenty! He also had a nickname for everyone. I loved how he would walk into a room and see my Dad (Santiago) and call him marrano! When I was a kid, he once called me a Taco because I couldn't speak a word of spanish.
