Arturo Moreno entered into the arms of Jesus on August 21, 2024, at the age of 70. He was born to his mother Rafaela Villa Moreno and father Jose Paz Moreno on January 18,1954, in McAllen, Texas.
Arturo is preceded in death by his parents Rafaela Villa Moreno and Jose Paz Moreno, siblings Maria Elena Rangel and Esther Cruz. He is survived by his loving wife Clarivel Moreno; children Arturo Moreno Jr., Maritsa De Luna (Oscar), Marco Antonio Moreno (Dana), Mindy Lee Moreno (Justin), Matthew Andre Moreno (Diana); grandchildren Anthony Cardenas (Carmen), Alyssa Payton Moreno, Oscar De Luna III, Ashlyn Kendal Marie Moreno, Andre Mason Moreno; great grandchildren Isaiah and Essence; sisters Rosie Knight, Marina Garcia, Elizabeth Monteagudo (Rudy); brother Lorenzo Santibanez (Mercedes).
His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will continue his legacy in God’s amazing love and grace.
