Dear Arun's family,

I am so sorry and so shocked to hear of Arun's accidental death in Beijing. I have met him on several occasions since the start of the academic year at Tsinghua and have always found him to be an amazing person. He was witty, smart and ambitious, especially in pursuing his dream of becoming a stand up comic. And most of all, he was a really good friend to all those who knew him here. I am soo sorry to hear that he is now gone...my thoughts and prayers are with...

When we truly love, it is never lost. It is only after death that the depth of the bond is truly felt, and our loved one becomes more a part of us than was possible in life.
