May you all know you are always in our hearts our thoughts as well. He was a very classy man with a wonderful family. He was a great president and charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Loved the Oasis as well he is greatly missed.

My Condolences to Blondie Smith's family. I met him in 1980 thru 84 as worked for El Paso Natural gas then and he seen my last name with National guard fatigues and he said I Know Valdespino and said yes my dad,as they both were truckers. Was a Pleasure to visit him at the Oasis God Bless!

Blondie was the best step-father a girl could ask for. I was truly blessed the day he married my mom in 1976. Thanks to Jesus for the hope of meeting again!
