My Mother, Loretta Webb, worked with Arvid at the College of Alameda's Library. She loved Arvid, and invited him to her big birthday party at 1300 Fillmore just a few years ago.
Mom took ill a week before Arvid passed away. I just couldn't bring myself to tell her that her great friend Arvid was no longer with us. Mom died two weeks later.
I miss you both, but I know the two of you are singing and laughing in Heaven just like you did here. Earthly bodies may fail, but your souls...
