Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you at this sad time in your lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Janet Cooper

Smiley Family,
Decker was one of the best workers I ever hired. He was always cheerful on the job and worked harder that most. Decker always got the job done right! I could always count on him. I only saw him a few times after retirement if he was visiting the Mosers, since my daughter lived across the street. He would always come say Hi, if he saw me. Our thought and prayers are with you during this difficuly time.
Jack Hutte and Debby Fagan

Terry and Jeanne and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this most difficult time. My very best to you all. Larry Folks

Cousin Mona shared the sad news of Decker's passing. I would like to extend my sympathy to all the Smileys.

Karla "Kirk" Couch (Fena's daughter)

Terry & Jeanne, Sorry to read of the passing of your father/father-in-law. Hope the good memories help you through this difficult time.

I will miss Decker very much. I have many fond memories of him, a very dear brother. I can't be at his funeral, but I pray God will be with all the family members and give them all strength to carry on without Decker, who was a DEAR DAD, GRANDPA, GREAT GRANDPA, BROTHER AND NEPHEW.
