Asako Tokuno was a beacon of light to everyone that knew her. She brought joy to the lives of family, friends, and even strangers. I am so very lucky to call her my Grandma, and miss her every day.

Aunt Asako was the most amazing person. She was a very positive kind of person. It was a privilege and honor to have had her in our lives.

I love Aunty Asako. She was always just a kick in the pants. I loved hanging out with her and I loved being discovered "stealing" See's candies from the freezer when I would spend time in Sacto with my cousin, Shira. When I grow up, I wanna be as gracious and loving as Aunty Asako.

My Mom was not only the most wonderful mother I could have hoped for, she was the best person I have ever known. Loving, faithful, generous, kind, graceful, strong, selfless, intelligent, fun, beautiful - inside and out. I can only hope to live up to her example. She touched the hearts of so many and will forever live in mine.
I love you, Mom.
