I knew Ashley for a short time back in the late 80s when I worked at AFCOMS. He was my boss. And in my 34 years of working as a civil servant, he was one of my favorites. I can truly say, Mr Finnie was one of the kindest people I've ever met. It was a pleasure to know him and work with him. I'm saddened to hear of his passing. My sincere condolences to his wife and entire family. God bless you all. Rest In Peace Mr. Finnie.
