Dearest Darla and Glenn, Art and I send our deepest sympathy at the loss of your beautiful Ashley.Pastor Bill notified Art recently.We don't receive the Wichita Eagle and missed anything that might have been on Facebook.She was a darling girl and is now one of God's incredible angels.She will be greatly missed by so many.How blessed we all were to have met her. May God continue to give you strength and comfort during this very difficult journey.

Ashley had such a sweet spirit, and even when facing days full of medical and surgical visits, she was always thinking of others, giving gifts, and lifting up everyone around her. I will always remember her chocolate and how much that matched her personality - sweet, tender, and with an essence that was unique and lovely.

I was so saddened to learn of Ashley's passing. She was a very unique person and one of a few students that I can recall quite vividly, fondly, and with a smile. Condolences and prayers.
