Not sure what to say?

In memory of a wonderful colleague and friend. Norma Noonan

My condolences to the entire Kapoor family. Ashok was a respected and well-liked colleague at Augsburg. I very much enjoyed conversing with him over the years. Norma Noonan, Professor Emeritus, Political Science and Leadership Studies.

I was so sorry to hear the news about Ashok. He & I both served on the Faculty Senate and so appreciated his clarity and honesty when dealing with difficult issues as faculty members. He was a wonderful colleague and will be missed! Condolences to his family & friends!

Prof. Kapoor will be missed -- my heart is with family and loved ones in this loss. I learned much as his colleague on the faculty at Augsburg, as did his students. Tony Bibus

I worked with Ashok at Augsburg College. He had a reputation of being extremely tough on students but watching from afar I would have to say students were equally tough on him. His students entered the world of work very well prepared. Ashok was a great colleague and always had interesting stories about his life and family to share. He was a resource for our son once sharing his experiences attending Ghandi´s funeral. My fondest memory of Ashok was when we accidentally ended up in the choir...

Ashok was a friend, colleague, and one of my mentors at Augsburg University. He was a true "lighthouse" for me especially mentoring me during my early days transitioning from a professional career to academia.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ashok's death. I worked with Ashok in the business department at Augsburg for many years and always benefited from his words of wisdom. He was a gentle soul and I will cherish the memories of our time spent teaching together. My sincere condolences to Meena and his family.
