Not sure what to say?

always made me any and everytime I saw her, she was a strong woman, never once saw without her beautiful smile. I absolutely adore aunt Athena, I love that and tried my hardest to name my daughter it too. what and absolutely beautiful woman, the amount of pride being greek came so much from her, besides every other beautiful greek woman we have still in our family, and the same we've tragically lost.

My name is Gwendolyn Rosborough-Goodrum. Phyllis, you may not remember me but we were in orchestra together at Northwestern HS over 50 years ago! I was a senior and you were a sophomore. Chuleas is not a common name, so when I read about Mrs Athena Chuleas’ passing, I thought of you and read where she was your beloved mother. My condolences to you and your family. Your Mom sounded like she was a wonderful lady and I hope sweet memories will comfort you.

In loving memory of a wonderful Greek American woman. God bless her soul. May He give the family sweet memories and comfort. From Helen and Irene Yiannatji. Please know we have her and you in our prayers. P.S. Please know the meaning of a smile, kind words, a kiss on the cheek or sympathy after a death in the family means only friendship from very old friends.

Dear Duke & Shelly,
Even though I didn't know your mom, you always spoke so highly and lovingly of her. My sympathy for your loss. May her memory be for a
blessing.

One never knows where you will meet a joyful light - it was years ago, when my own mother & aunt were living at Rosehaven Manor. I would look to see if Athena was circulating the halls - she could brighten any day over there. May she and Gus Rest in Peace.

Bill and Phyllis - I' so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. My mom enjoyed her company so much and I will always remember her as a beautiful, funny, and charming woman. May her memory be eternal.

Sorry to hear about your loss Billy and Phyllis! Her little SugarJett will miss her!

Bill and Phyllis,
Many great memories of your mother, especially her sense of humor. My mother considered Athena her best friend and told me that often from the time when we where neighbors in the 50’s and years later. She will always be remembered. Our condolences with both you and your families.

Hello, Athena was our moms best friend...our families were all family...our prayers and love to you all all good memories what a lady and full of life love to family
