Not sure what to say?

Rest in Peace Joe.

Rest in Peace Joe.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing Mr. Mulligan but I know his son Mark. He had to have been a marvelous man, I have no doubt, because Mark is an outstanding guy! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I lost my father just a few weeks ago myself and it is so hard.

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love and prayers from the Richard Cullen family, Naples, FL
Richard, Linda, Justin and Jared

Joe was a wonderful man and a great friend to the Roxbury Latin School and its extended family. On behalf of the RLS Alumni Association and RL alumni near and far, condolences and deepest sympathy to Ann, Dick, Joe and Mark.

The World and especially Boston has lost a very special person. I am honored to have had the pleasure of knowing him! From Boston to the Benners, SLAINTE!

Joe was loved in Dingle, Co. Kerry, Ireland, as he was in Boston.

Saddened to read about Joe's passing.
A great guy, patient and friend
