I did not have the pleasure of knowing Mr. Mulligan but I know his son Mark. He had to have been a marvelous man, I have no doubt, because Mark is an outstanding guy! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I lost my father just a few weeks ago myself and it is so hard.
