Not sure what to say?

Gene was an excellent man in his character both in church and in the community. He was kind and gracious, a real model of leadership, demonstrating a true example of being a follower of the Lord Jesus. He will be missed. God's blessing to Emily and all his family.

The vending industry was well served by having Gene as a part of it. He was a great person and a good friend.

So sorry to hear of Gene's passing. Gene was a good friend as we started our Vending businesses in the same year. May God Bless Gene as he begins his Spiritual Life. With Fond memeories. Ed Ries ( Formerly, Ries Vending Service.

Rountree Family, Gene and I were classmates and friends for many years. In my memories he will always remain one of the kindest, most caring persons I have ever known.

Emily and Family,
What a great man!! He will be missed by all those who knew him. What a dear friend.

To the entire family, Gene was a wonderful man who left such a powerful and inspirational legacy. He will always be remembered fondly as a man who lived his faith, not by words but by deed. He is truly blessed to be home with his Savior.

Gene was such an inspiration to me, especially during my high school and college years. He gave me numerous opportunities and taught me so much about life and what a Christian man looks like. I have so many fond memories (and stories) from the many hours I spent with Gene in the hay fields and horse barn and looking over a dogs back hoping for a large covey. Emily, you and your family are in our prayers. With much love and appreciation.

What a great man. He was a great boss and human being. My heart goes out to your family. He now is returning home and you will see him again. Pam Comer

To The Roundtree Family, my heart goes out to you. I worked for Mr. Roundtree in 2007 and he was the most wonderful man I had ever met. Sympathy and prayers to you. Ruby Jenkins, SC
