I had the pleasure of working with Audrey at DSHS for 37 years. She had a wealth of knowledge on Medicare Buy-In. Everyone who needed to know about about Medicare Buy-In came to Audrey for information. Audrey had the brightest smile. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family. May you rest in peace now Audrey. You deserve it after working for 54 years. Your an amazing lady!

Audrey worked an amazing 54 years for the State of Washington. Most of us employees at what was then the Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) retired after 30 years, and we sometimes asked ourselves how long it would be before Audrey retired! Actually, we talked among ourselves about how she was able to show up for work for years beyond our own retirements; that was dedication.
