Fishkill - Audrey Lamoree, of Fishkill passed away on April 6, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 88.

She was born December 29, 1926 in Wooniski, VT, to the late Paul and Helen Cross Knapp, and moved to Beacon, NY in her early childhood. Audrey was a graduate of Beacon High School and attended Krissler Business Institute. On September 14, 1947 she married Joseph Lamoree in Beacon, NY. Audrey was retired from West Point Military Academy where she worked as a Budget Analyst for many years. She was a lifelong devoted Catholic. Audrey was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, keeping in touch with friends and family, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Lamoree is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Joseph Lamoree, loving children Glenn Lamoree and wife Barbara of Steamboat Springs, CO, Janis Kaylor and husband Michael of Bethel, CT, and David Lamoree and wife Jeannine of Fishkill, NY. Cherished grandchildren, Kerri, Kaitlin and Kasey Kaylor, Shannon, Ashley, and David Lamoree. She was predeceased by her sisters Janice Knapp and Charlene Carey.

Friends may call on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 4 - 8 pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main St, Fishkill. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 10 am at Saint Mary's Church, Fishkill. Interment to follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
