Not sure what to say?

Audrey was truly the greatest inspiration and role model I have met or even read about in my lifetime. She was an angel sent from above and I will never forget her. I know she made a difference in so many lives. I pray I can become more like Audrey.

Dr. Leef came to FCCUCC as Youth Director and immediately made a difference. She gave unstintingly of her time and affection to youth and parents alike. She and Bob opened their home as she did her heart. There were sleepovers for the kids, hiking, skating and boating on the lake. "We" all spent many happy hours at Mountain Lakes. She tutored and guided the youth in her gentle caring way. We have kept in touch over the years even as her health failed. Rest In Peace dear friend.

Audrey was one of the nicest human beings. The people she touched will not forget her kindness and love. Rest In Peace Audrey.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Im so sorry for your loss. Love Teri

She was loved by EVERYONE, from the youngest to the oldest and the youth group of less than a handful quickly grew to...

Audrey Leef's loving kindness left a permanent footprint here at First Congegational Christian Church in Irvington. We thank God for her life and for her love. May the Lord bless and keep you in this your hour of sadness.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

To the family of Dr. Audrey Leef...

My deepest condolences on the passing of a kind, sweet and revered Montclair State colleague and fellow alumna that I -- and everyone with whom she came in contact -- adored.

I got to know Dr. Leef in the late '80s/early '90s when I wrote a feature story on Montclair State's campus chaplains for the internal faculty/staff newspaper. An interview with Dr. Leef was more like having a chat with a dear friend! She was warm, funny and also...
