Audrey Call Marcelli

I was one of many students that Mrs. Marcelli nurtured. I still think about her and talk about her to this day. I remember driving that bridge over the creek area to her house. And I remember how awesome it was when she asked me to accompany her to a Itzhak Perlman concert where she had loaned him her precious Guarnerius. I was one of the hundreds of violin students who had the privilege of being mentored by the great Audrey Call Marcelli.

From childhood, and throughout my teen years, my fondest memories are of my times walking up to Mrs. Marcelli's studio; greeted by her dog (Reagan). Everytime I think of her, I can only cry! She was a great lady.....I will always miss her and cherish her memory in my heart!
