Audrey Pine

I am so sorry I just am hearing about this. Audrey was an extraordinary woman and I am so lucky to have known her. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Sending our condolences to her daughters and their families.

Our most sincere condolences Audrey was my second grade school teacher and my hero she changed my life forever she taught me so much about life that I also worked in special education so I could make the difference in one child´s life just like she made a change in mine rest in peace my dear friend you will be greatly missed

Audrey has been in my life for as long as I can remember. The Pines were our neighbors in Westlake Village, CA. My first memories of Audrey are the swim lessons she gave me in our backyard pool. She was always positive and patient. Her smile lit up a room. I was blessed to be a part of the Pine family and so grateful for all the memories we shared.

Have known Audrey since she arrived in San Diego as a bright-eyed,energetic new school teacher, from Minnesota, in the Summer of 1958. Met her via the S.Diego Bachelor Club´s 3 "Apple Polisher" parties to which all new S.Diego Unified School District single female teachers were invited. We stayed in touch sporadically, over the years, and saw each other, in person, 4 times over the past 60+ years - - socially with Tom and Bob & Karen Bowden in LaJolla; once in Westlake Village when I was in...
