Audry Lucille Keeler

Mrs. Keeler was my adorable, friendly, and supportive Phys. Ed. teacher when I attended Strasburg High School from 1960-1964. I loved her class so much I even considered being a physical education teacher myself some day. She was just such an inspiration as a teacher and a woman and even as a guidance counselor to any girl who needed her. It appears that she had quite a full life, for which I am so truly glad. I can easily see how she influenced strangers as well as those in her family...

Deare Wynne and Valerie, Please accept my deepest sympathy on the death of your mother, the energetic, upbeat, positive PE teacher I knew at SHS. It appears that even after retirement she kept up her interest in the world around her and used her enthusiasm and energy to make things better when and where she could. I hope you are comforted by reflecting on the many people whose lives she touched and how she will be remember - as the force of nature she was! Your classmate of '66, Katy...
