Not sure what to say?

It´s 15 yrs after my Papa Gus has passed and I´m still sitting here thinking about my childhood and all the great memories with him. He was definitely one of a kind and the greatest man I´ve ever known

Un ricordo affettuosissimo e una preghiera, caro Augusto! Un cugino eccezionale, non lo scorderò mai

Arrivederci Gus, ci mancherai tanto!
I loved you a lot, when in Ohio I spent a lot of my time with you, enjoying your hospitality and your fine home, and you drove me around, showing me Cleveland and the vicinities, and in fact introducing me to America and to American ways. You enjoyed life and made others enjoy it, too. Once you took me with you on the job, and it was great, I learned how to seal with silicon, up on a ladder. I regret so much I didn't have a chance to see you again,...

As a member of the Alai family I would like to thank everybody for their wonderful words about my PaPa, its nice to see how happy he made everybody around him.

Yes he went out in style, and in true Alai fashion, that old Cadalac got stuck in the snow and made us late... He was up there laughing his butt off about that I am sure! :)

As a young fellow when I knew him, I remember his quick wit, smile and happy personality, my heart and prayers go out to the Alai family.

GUS! A GREAT GUY I ENJOYED HIS JOKES AND HIS ENJOYABLE STORIES,I WILL MISS HIM !!

Im so sorry to hear about your dad. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I grew up with you guys-lots of great memories~

The greatest family I ever met.
I will never forget the joke's that gus always had. some bad, some good and other you just couldnt stop laughting.
This man always had a smile and a hand shake when ever you would see him
He will be missed

To the Alai Family- you gave your Dad a beautiful send off- and in such style too with the 1937 Cadillac! I feel your sorrow immensley. Junior was such a dear old friend to my Father. I just know our Dad's are together and with their family and friends that have gone before them. As Fr. Mark DiNardo said at the funeral- he is with you- he will always be with you in spirit,in memories,in your heart and stories. My prayers are with you all. God Bless.
