August Victor Ellis

I served under Mr. Ellis while employed by Manatee County, it was a pleasure to "bump" into him in the admin building.
Mr Ellis always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, he listened to suggestions making anyone feel as if they were as important to him as any citzen of the county. Mr Ellis recieved the respect he truly deserved, he will be missed as a true statesman that he was.
