Not sure what to say?

One of the GREAT role models of my life. Heavenly birthday remembrances.

My condolences to You Verla & Your family. I always considered Augie a friend from our Confirmation Class. Also, always appreciated that he recognized me whenever we met somewhere over the years. May The Lord's Blessings be with You & give You peace. Trudy Fellenz

My sincere sympathy. Losing a parent is difficult, no matter the age or the circumstance. May our Lord and Savior comfort you at this time, knowing your husband, dad and grandfather is resting in His loving arms. Take care, Darla

Our family was truly blessed with the friendship of Augie and his family. Our neighborhood and our community will miss his prescence as will all of you. Heaven has just received a wonderful man. God's peace and love to all of you.

I was 5 1/2 when I stood up in his and Verla's wedding. He was like an older brother, the way he mentored me. As my favorite uncle, he was a role model with his involvement in community service and volunteerism. A spiritual man of the earth, with a love for family, people and animals, who enjoyed sports, a good story and a hearty laugh.

I am deeply saddened at Augies passing. He was a Godly man of great charecter, and the best boss I've ever had. You have my deepest sympanthies and condolences. We can have joy in knowing Augie is singing with the angels in our Lords presence right now. May God grant you peace and comfort at this difficult time.

my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time, with my love, Doris Backes

All the brief visits I have had with Augie were always fun. Your whole family shines bright with him.
