Aurelia Ardingo, 91, of Pen Argyl, passed away, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Gracedale, Northampton County Home.
Born in Pen Argyl, November 21, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Bortolo and Rose (Uliana) Ardingo.
Prior to retiring, she was employed as a sewing machine operator for various garment mills in the Slate Belt Area.
Aurelia was a faithful member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish, Pen Argyl and a member of UNITE.
She is survived by a sister, Genoveffa “Jenny” Ardingo, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Marco, and two sisters, Rosalia E. “Zal” Ardingo and Lucy Sabatine.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Monday, September 26, 2022, at 11 AM, at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 300 W. Babbitt Avenue, Pen Argyl. There will be a viewing beginning at 10 AM until 10:45 AM, Monday at the church. Interment will be in St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery, Pen Argyl. The Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, Pen Argyl is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Elizabeth’s Building Fund, 300 W. Babbitt Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
