I have many memories of Aunt Aurora. The one that stands out the very most in all of my memories is her sweet smile. She was the most tender gentle soul. She seemed rather timeless. Always the same age. When I'd visit Grandma in Florida, we'd always visit Uncle Russell and Aunt Aurora. The visits always left a smile on my heart.

I will always remember the kindness of Aurora as she welcomed me into the heart of her home, the kitchen. Her smile was warm and genuine. Quietly intelligent,she was one of the most compasionate people I've ever known. I loved Mr. Frielink's nickname for her -Toots. I am grateful to have shared moments with her. Cherie
