When I would stand next to Austin we were eye to eye, I could feel his Prent's pride as I would talk to him, and as he would speak back to me. Thinking back I feel Ive never had talks like that with anyone because I am three times his age. I don't have the words to explain how truly special this man is. Like so many, I will miss you Austin. Thank you for being our family's champion.

Our deepest sympathies to the Bice family. Bob and I were shocked and saddened by your loss.
Austin impressed us as a fine young man when we first met him and we know that he will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are hopeful that that the many happy memories that you have of Austin will help you through these difficult times.
Fondly,
Marty Anderton

My heart goes out to the Bice family. Your son was just a nice person to everyone he ever met. Such a wonderful demeanor and a polite and enthusiastic man. He will always be remembered as such. Our deepest sympathy, the Oman family.

I want to extend my deepest sympathies to your family. This story hit way too close to home as we have a 21 year old son studying business in Madrid this semester also. Our son, Andrew, also was a former football player and there just seemed to be so many similarities. Please know that this season of Lent I am going to be praying each day for you, that you find the strength to deal with this devastating blow. Sincerely, Denise Bouquet

"I have known Austin since he was just a little guy, and watched him grow into such a smart handsome young man. He will definitely be missed, him and that smile. My heart and prayers go out to his family at this difficult time."

Like many that have signed in, you do not know me. But I know the pain. We lost our 28 year old son 6 months ago, and was missing as well. It was only a few hours, but it was enough. And we both have incredible sons with a smile to win the world. We are from San Diego, so wanted to let you know how sorry I am. I cried with you Pamela when I awoke to see the dreaded news that fateful morning. I wish I could say it gets easier. Only knowing who is in control (As I was sure it was me)...
