I did not know him that well, but I knew he was struggling. This is such a terrible disease. God rest his soul.

Being such good friends with Dorianne for so long I can tell you exactly how important Austin was to her along with many of us. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

My memories of Austin are abbrevated. I only knew him for a few years when we young, but he has remained in my thoughts ever since. I remember climbing trees in the bright sunshine and running in the field and woods near my home. His memory has lived with me for 20 years and I think always will.

Austin was such a good friend to my sister, Debbie. He was always so warm and friendly and I enjoyed knowing him, if even as an aquaintance. I will always remember the time we all played Cranium on some holiday-- I forget which one (Austin, Deb, me and my husband). Although Austin was not the best at the game, we all laughed so much and had a great time together. I will surely miss Austin and all that he brought to our family.
