Selvia is Back in Brazil...

Dear Cousins, Phil, Kathy, Linda, Doug, and Mike.
Uncle Austin was my favorite because he always treated me like one of the 'guys'.
Whenever I came to visit with Him & Aunt Norma Jean, I always looked forward to going out for a nice meal. Then back to his house for a few beers & a game or two of Euchre(sic). He is the last of a Great Bunch of Aunts & Uncles. Now WE are the 'Old ones'. Too bad we don't live close enough to visit more often. I miss ALL of you. Keep in touch.... ...

Phil, Kathy, Linda, Doug, and Mike

Very sorry to here of the passing of Austin, and very sorry for your loss. He and Norma Jean always had a welcome smile and a warm home when we would come over to the house on Parkwood. Austin would always have a case of Golden Goebel's on hand for everyone., and Spanish nuts on the table.

I wish to express to all the family the loss of Austin Lonsway. To me he was a great uncle, but he held the title of father, grandfather, and great grandfather, as well as a wonderful husband to Jean, plus other titles. I appreciated how Uncle Austin remembered us and was there for our own family when my Grandfather Joe Lonsway passed away in 1982, and even so I'm sure when my Grandmother Jane Lonsway in 2010. I wish peace to all my cousins during this time, especially close to the holidays....

My condolences to the family. Austin and Jean were always so sweet to us. Very special people.

DEAR COUSINS, THE BEST THING I REMEMBER ABOUT UNCLE AUSTIN WAS WHEN I WAS LITTLE THEY ALL CALLED ME SISSY, AND WHEN HE SAID IT HE WOULD WHISTLE IT OUT... SO CUTE... I CAN STILL HEAR HIM DOING IT...MY PRAYERS ARE WITH AND GOD BLESS, LOVINGLY,JULIE

Phil, Kathy, Doug, Linda, and Mike:
I think you know how Jean and Austin influenced so many of us who were your classmates and friends. I, as most, have become a better person, for their impact on our lives. Well done, good and faithful servant, Austin. May God bless Austin and Jean for their unconditional love.
Your friend,
Carl

Austin and my dad worked together in the Elk's Club . The Christmas Party was always a big deal for the kids . Other memories are too many to mention . So glad to have memories of a great man with a big smile he shared with many ! Sorry for your loss . I'm sure he was greeted at the pearly gates with cheers from all those...
