My heartfelt condolences, I met Austin through my daughter Skye, loved him instantly like a son and as one of my daughters closest friends I am so so sorry as he was such a special young man and May his memory be a blessing May he rest in peace Robin

My Sincere and Deepest condolences to the Philp and Spicer family. Austin was a kind and empathetic young man who cared about everyone. I will cherish the memories we shared when I taught him in grade 9 and throughout his high school years. We always had our time to chat about life.

Dear Michele and Paul and daughter Meaghan: I can hardly believe what you are going through now but I do remember Austie standing by my desk while we talked about his little dog who wanted to climb on my knee! I could see how much the pet meant to Austin, his favorite friend and the love showed on Austin's face! I say a prayer for Austie wishing him much joy & music and memories of you all together.

My heart goes out with love and solidarity to everyone mourning the profound loss of Austin. Thank you for sharing so beautifully a glimpse of who he was. I wish I had the opportunity to meet this very special person.

Thank you for sharing Austin´s light with those of us who never got to meet him. What a special, creative and beautiful human. Sending so much love and support to all who are grieving this immense loss.

Although I never meet Austin, I´m sure he was one of God´s most special people. If this world only had more Austin´s, it would be a much better place. Kathleen O´Rourke Dunkleman

I didn´t know Austin but was very touched by his obituary and his life... it was a wonderful tribute to a life well lived. We are all here to learn and teach lessons and it sounds like Austin accomplished both! Hold him tight in your heart!
