AUSTIN DYLAN PORTER, 29, of Branchland, W.Va., died July 15. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. July 21 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, W.Va. Burial will follow in the Parsons Family Cemetery, Midkiff, W.Va. Visitation will be two hours before service at the funeral home.
