Dear Brooksley,
It is with a heavy heart I write tonight after Isaac told me of Austin's passing. I can only identify from the standpoint of when we lost my sister,unexpectedly, suddenly, and much too soon. I will never forget the physical pain my mother described. The moment she heard of my sister's death, she said she felt as if someone had ripped a baby from her womb...A mother never expects to bury their child but particularly never one so young, so strong, so intelligent and kind...

Jim and Brooksley, Kathy and I are so very sorry for your loss. Our hearts and prayers are with you.

My deepest and sincere condolences to the family and friends of Austin; you've been in my thoughts and prayers every day since I first heard the news that Austin was missing. No words can express how truly sorry I am for your profound loss.

We will never be able to find the words to express the deep and profound sadness we all feel having lost Austin so tragically. Austin's presence in each of our lives was a gift that will remain with us always.
