My condolences to the family of Mrs Autherine Lucy Foster, so sorry to hear about the passing of our fomer 1st lady of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church, Salem AL, she was an awesome Woman and will be missed. May God bless your family,

I wish so much that I went with my first thought, which was to come to your ceremony last week to meet you. I've been sharing your story for years without having all of the facts. It was an inspiration to me, my mom and my grandmother. My grandmother, a cousin of yours, who lived in Thomaston, AL told my mom and her siblings about what you went through.
