Phil,
I know you already know how deeply I cared for Avis, she was one of a Kind ! And the stories she could tell were the best she kept us girls on the 4th floor laughing. She will be deeply missed! I just want to say that I was truly honored to make her last wish come true and she looked beautiful that day! Heartfelt Thoughts are with you & Tanya & Brett.
Lynda Parker

On behalf of all of us in the class of 1952, we send our sincere condolences.
Avis was one of our brightest and fun loving classmates. The memories of her
loyalty and friendship will always remain with us.
From a personal perspective, Avis and
her cronies, Grace and Rowena contributed greatly to my receiving a
diploma from MA. Blaine Plummer V.Pres.

It is with great sorrow that I read of yet another passing from two Monmouth families that have meant a great deal to me from toddlerhbood to this very day. Phil, please accept concolences from me---our families have been together a long time, and I well remember the winter that George and Grace Gove barned my pet Jersey heiffer who subsequently became the piano on which I learned my musical arts. Should you needme, Phil, you know where to find me. Mickey Painter.

We are very sorry to read this news concerning Avis. She and I were classmates at North Monmouth Grammar School, and Monmouth Academy. Also, she and I were born within minutes of each other on June 13, 1934. I will always have happy memories of our good times at North Monmouth. Dean and Ginny Ayer, Galion, Ohio
