He was preceded in death by his mother, Velvet Michelle Rhinehart.
Mr. Sams leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Janekia Sams; son, Jay'Von Sams; daughter, Lily Sams; father, Terry Sams; grandfather, Willie Graham; grandmother, Thelma Sams; mother-in-law, LaVera Michelle Michael; brothers, Yusef Jackson, Reginald Owens; sisters, Shameka Rhinehart, Terrica Sams; Jessica Evans, Jamara Swinton; uncles, Melvin Sams (Diana), Therion Sams, Xavier Rhinehart; aunties, Hortense Kemp, Mary Ann Hines (Larry), Elizabeth Kelly, Patricia Shareef (Omar), Elise Wilson (Carl), Monique Rhinehart; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing: 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Sylvania Funeral Home of Savannah, Inc.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Greater Emmanuel Tabernacle, 1101 Stiles Ave. Savannah, Ga 31415.
