My deepest condolence to Axel's wife Earlene Craver, his daughters Gabriella Owens and Christina Leeijonhufvud and all relatives. I met Axel, a cousin of my mother Gunvor Pilars de Pilar (née Leijonhufvud) many years ago at my parents' house and remember him as a true gentleman and a very kind person. RIP dear uncle Axel!
